Site Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, mission-driven Site Manager for our Old Rancheria campus. This role blends hands-on program delivery, team leadership, daily operations oversight, and direct teaching of therapeutic riding and groundwork lessons. The Site Manager ensures high-quality program experiences, supports instructors and volunteers, and helps maintain a safe, professional, and engaging environment for participants and horses.

This is an ideal role for a skilled equestrian with strong horsemanship abilities, experience working with people with disabilities, and a passion for inclusive, community-oriented programs.
