Tasks include:

Learn and execute all recipes for your station

Utilizing basic kitchen skills will be important, such as knife/cutting skills, braising, sautéing, etc.

Maintaining a clean and organized station

No task is beneath you — doing dishes and cleaning every part of the kitchen will be a regular part of your day

Creating and maintaining a fun, positive work environment with thoughtful communication is vital

Knowledgeable and/or curious about fermentation and food preservation

Ready to handle a high volume of orders and able to identify and take on other tasks in slow moments

Comfortable working hard on your feet for 8 hours, and able to lift heavy items

Able to work holidays and weekends, when everyone else is on vacation (our busiest time)

Putting food safety at the forefront — certification and implementation will be required

Considering an excellent customer experience as the ultimate goal

Ability to communicate in English is required; ability to communicate in Spanish is a bonus — please include this detail in your resume

Positions range from part-time to full-time — please let us know your availability and preferred schedule. Wage is dependent on experience.
