Landscaper — Tomales Bay Resort
Inverness, CA | Part-time | ~20 hrs/week

Tomales Bay Resort is a scenic waterfront property in Inverness, and we’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented landscaper to help us keep the grounds looking their best year-round. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule — roughly 20 hours per week, with shifts available between 10am and 4pm.

What you’ll do:
• Mow, edge, trim, and blow turf areas for a clean, polished finish
• Care for garden beds including planting, weeding, mulching, and seasonal color rotations
• Prune and shape shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plantings
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on irrigation systems — identify and repair leaks, adjust heads, and run seasonal checks
• Monitor the overall condition of the grounds and flag issues proactively
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Work independently and manage your time across tasks without daily supervision

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with irrigation systems and standard landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others walk past
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work through a task list on your own
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
