The Executive Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the day-to-day
administrative needs of the Executive Director and the broader organization.
This role focuses on keeping calendars, communication, priorities, and internal systems
organized across a two-ranch nonprofit organization. The position requires someone
who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a
mission-driven environment.
This is an administrative role and does not include program delivery, equine
instruction, or supervision of staff.
