Pay: $20 – $25 per hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time & Part-Time

Home Instead® of Marin County is urgently hiring compassionate Caregivers to help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We have immediate openings for dependable caregivers with 20–40 hours of weekly availability and are actively interviewing now.

– What You’ll Do –

• Building a meaningful relationship with your client
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Planning enjoyable activities at home and in the community
• Encouraging physical, mental and social engagement
• Providing transportation to appointments and outings
• Preparing light meals
• Helping maintain a safe and organized home
• Communicating with our office team regarding client’s well-being
• Everyday should be about helping your client continue living a fulfilling life – not simply passing the time.

• Compassionate and dependable
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Creative in planning enjoyable activities
• A great communicator
• Some level of personal care experience or training
• Some level of Dementia experience or training
• Patient, flexible and professional
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check, TB test, and drug screen
• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (a plus) or willingness to register (we help with this!) Language:
• English proficiency required to safely understand care plans, document care, follow instructions, and respond to emergencies.
