NOW HIRING — Bayside Bar and Lounge | Inverness, CA

We’re a laid-back waterfront spot on Tomales Bay and we’re looking to add a few good people to our team. We have three positions open across all shifts.

Our hours:
Mon–Fri: 3:30pm–9pm
Sat–Sun: 9am–9pm

BARTENDER

• Craft cocktails, pour wine and beer, keep the bar stocked and clean
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for regulars and new faces alike
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
• RBS certified or willing to obtain before start date
• Wage + tips

SERVER / FRONT OF HOUSE

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks
• Keep your section clean and running smoothly
• Previous serving experience preferred — we’ll train the right person
• Friendly, attentive, and comfortable on your feet for a full shift
• Wage + tips

KITCHEN / BACK OF HOUSE

• Prep, cook, and plate menu items to spec and on time
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment
• Line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Food Handler Card required (or willing to obtain before start)
• Competitive hourly wage

All positions are full-time or part-time. We’re open seven days a week — weekday afternoons and evenings, and full days on weekends. Applicants with weekend availability are a plus.
