Annual Giving and Grants Manager

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Annual Giving and Grants Manager enhances PRNSA’s fundraising success through grant writing, membership giving, donor relations, fundraising campaigns, and membership and community events. The position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow individual membership and annual giving while managing a portfolio of foundation and government grants.

This key role requires strong writing and grants management experience, a solid understanding of fundraising principles, and the ability to build and maintain donor relationships. The ideal candidate is a motivated and collaborative professional who can inspire supporters, craft compelling narratives, and manage multiple fundraising initiatives to advance PRNSA’s mission of environmental education, conservation, stewardship, and preservation of public lands.
